A recognized leader in the field of Knowledge Management, Linda's passion lies in harnessing the power of a team's collective knowledge. Throughout her career, Linda has championed knowledge management as a key driver of success. As a result of her 35-year corporate career spanning leadership roles within the healthcare industry, she brings a deep understanding of complex organizational dynamics. As head of the Knowledge Management & Innovation team at Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain, Linda spearheaded initiatives that yielded over $80 million in cost savings through effective knowledge sharing. As a consultant, her expertise extends beyond the corporate world, as she has successfully applied Knowledge Management principles to enhance organizational performance within the nonprofit sector. Linda was recently named as Program Director for the Knowledge & Collaboration Council at The Conference Board.
