Adrian Villarreal is a Knowledge Management Program Manager at TechnipFMC.  He's a member of the People Development team which is structured under the HR function/People & Culture organization.  He's responsible to liaise with 40+ communities of practice and helps create and advance a collaborative company culture by providing services to internal clients consisting of key leadership, their teams, and the broader global organization.  He also leads Facilitated Collaboration, an internal KM offering that utilizes online facilitation software to help meeting facilitators with the design and delivery of brainstorming workshops.  He's worked at TechnipFMC for the past 27 years, with the last 8 years in KM and the previous years in a mechanical engineering design/drafting capacity.  He holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from the University of Houston.  He is also a U.S. Navy veteran.  Speaking engagements include past sessions at KMWorld and APQC KM and Process Conferences.
