Alexi is the Associate Director of Professional Services at Semantic Web Company (SWC), the provider of the PoolParty Semantic Suite. SWC is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, but operates globally. PoolParty Semantic Suite is used by over 200 commercial, government and non-profit organizations to provide AI and semantic search solutions.

Alexi helps coordinate SWC Customer Success Teams to ensure that customers receive excellence of service using PoolParty. He is also the Product Manager of PoolParty for SharePoint. He is responsible for managing the backlog, development and releases. Alexi has a background in academia and holds a PhD on the intersection of requirements engineering and artificial intelligence.
