Grace Chen has over 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry, 15 years in research & development, 5 years in commercialization, and 3 years in business consulting. Her previous talks in the field of Knowledge Management include APQC “Where Digital and Tacit Knowledge Meet” (Houston, TX 2023).  She holds a patent in computer vision for disintegration. She holds a bachelors in biochemistry from Penn State University, a masters in chemistry from Lehigh University, certifications in regulatory affairs and project management. In her spare time, she enjoys learning Python coding.
