Jeffrey Gilmore has 20+ years of experience in AI, Data and Knowledge Activation at large, global and complex professional services organizations including Deloitte and KPMG. He has led strategy and programs that bring people, process and technology together to drive value into innovation, selling, delivering and related business activities.
From his entrepreneurial and self-starter beginnings, he leads with energy, creativity and mission-focus. He has a strong, multi-disciplinary approach with a unique talent to assemble diverse, cross-organizational teams that drive outcomes quickly. As a team leader and facilitator, Jeffrey has a dynamic and engaging style – blending humor, insights, and action together toward achieving collective business, organizational, and individual growth goals.
At Deloitte, he served in marketing and knowledge management roles that were aligned to strategic account and industry market development priorities. Through this experience, he developed a keen understanding of where and when knowledge is needed – and the knack for knowing what was knowable and the means to get to it.
At KPMG, as part of Advisory’s CDO organization, he serves as the Knowledge & Content Leader. For the last few years, he has been working on maturing KM capabilities within KPMG’s Advisory practice and with an increasing data-driven and AI approach. Recently, he has been tasked with leading strategic workstreams seeking to develop content activation capabilities at scale using AI.
In the future, Jeffrey will continue to help people bring their A(I) Game to user experiences that acquire, accelerate and activate knowledge in businesses and communities.
