Jeremy Carter is the Associate Director of Knowledge Management & Technology for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).  He helps the organizations capture and retain institutional knowledge.  He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Southwest University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.  Prior to joining the IRS, he retired from the U.S. Marine Corps.
