Michael Weinraub is a Learning Advisor at Bixal, and has worked with many teams at USAID, most recently with the Feed the Future KDLT (Knowledge, Data, Learning, and Training) Activity. He concentrates on building structures to help people learn and share knowledge. This includes meeting design and facilitation, optimizing knowledge management structures across teams, strengthening approaches to CLA (collaborating, learning, and adapting), and human-centered design. Prior to joining Bixal, Michael was the Director for Innovative Professional Development at the New York City Department of Education, and a bilingual elementary school teacher in Los Angeles.
