With over 18 years in the Software industry and an MBA from UNC's Kenan-Flagler School of Business, Grey is a diverse leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. Managing a staff of offshore teams in APJ, while leading the Americas KM initiatives, Grey brings program and knowledge management capabilities to a results focused business.
For the past 8 years, Grey has been leading development teams in the facilitation of new technologies while managing a shared services operating model enabling the business to collectively pool resources for wide ranging initiatives while saving costs. With a background in quality assurance, performance testing and best practices, he provides leadership to a global team ensuring best in class solutions for both internal and external customers.
Grey has also led multiple incubation teams for 'built-from-scratch' programs. By combining Product Management and Social Innovation, his teams have been able to provide increasing YoY savings back to the Services Organization. The 2016 value through Reuse was over $3M and average hours saved per person per month was 23 hours per person. Grey was also a speaker at the 2016 APQC KM Conference.
