Drawing on the back ground of consulting and management across all the major industries for over 25 years, Vijay specializes in Software Delivery, Business operations, and leading global functions like Knowledge Management, Delivery Optimization, and Organizational Change management.

Currently he is working as Director for Global knowledge Management in Micro Focus Professional Services to accelerate knowledge management program at Software services organization to deliver business outcomes. Primarily SW Services KM program leveraged crowdsourced contributions to have quality content thus enhanced reuse in the organization, and currently on path to build next generation KM Platform to address business needs by leveraging current Digital trends AI, Cognitive insights, Social/Expert people networks etc.
