Reena Nadler is the practice lead for the Collaborating, Learning and Adapting at the United States Agency for International Development, Bureau for Policy Planning and Learning. Collaborating Learning and Adapting (CLA) is USAID's holistic approach to organizational development, knowledge management, and organizational learning. Ms. Nadler leads USAID’s efforts to develop policies, provide technical assistance, and build capacity among USAID staff and implementing partners on CLA, and contributes to various thought leadership fora on knowledge management and organizational learning. Previously, she served for six years as a Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning Specialist in PPL/LER. Prior to joining USAID, Reena worked in management consulting in the private sector and studied and worked in Morocco and Jordan. She has an MA in Arab Studies from Georgetown University.
