A global thinker with broad expertise in strategic & business planning, Ann Gallon is the Americas Region Strategy Manager for Toyota Financial Services (TFS), a subsidiary of the Toyota Motor Corporation. Serving as the in-house Strategy Consultant, Ann drives strategic thinking with senior executives from 6 Latin American countries. She collaborates with key internal business stakeholders to align strategy, execution, and accountability. She leads the Balanced Scorecard team to help TFS achieve its year over year record setting results of over $1 billion in income.
She joined TFS in 2002 as the Strategic Information Manager to lead the creation of the Competitive Intelligence function and has since served in various leadership roles within Corporate Planning.
Recently, Ann’s responsibilities expanded to include leading and overseeing two new enterprise initiatives, Knowledge Management and Global Best Practices, for the Americas Region. Under Ann’s leadership, the Knowledge Management vision became a reality. Aimed at helping TFS reduce the risk of losing critical business knowledge as Toyota prepares its move to Texas, the Enterprise Knowledge Management that Ann spearheaded set an unprecedented record of 110% adoption rate and a 210% knowledge growth rate.
Ann is currently pursuing her dual Global Executive MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and National University of Singapore (NUS), with a focus on the Asia Pacific Region.
