Amy Davidson, a senior manager with Deloitte’s Research & Innovation organization, leads the Deloitte Analytics Knowledge Management team. She has extensive experience in the areas of content strategy, user experience design, online communications, search optimization, and executing large-scale projects, as well as facilitating effective cross-functional cooperation. In her previous role, Amy served as the KM lead for Deloitte’s Consumer & Industrial Products practice and contributed to several strategic initiatives during her tenure, including the organization’s enterprise search strategy and efforts to maximize the connectivity between the KM and learning teams. While at Deloitte, Amy has been able to leverage her prior career experiences, including managing integrated marketing communications programs, and providing professional services to Fortune 100 clients to inform her perspectives on Knowledge Management opportunities and challenges. She holds a BA from Bucknell University and a MS in Communications from Northwestern University, and is a member of the Deloitte-sponsored Network of Executive Women.
