Amy Pavlik has worked at Accenture for more than 16 years, in a variety of knowledge management roles. A Master's degree in Information Studies and years of experience in libraries formed a strong foundation for that work. She is now a Social Learning Catalyst, helping communities and groups within Accenture understand the value of social learning and effective collaboration, and teaching members how to change their behavior to change the group culture.
