Ariane Gonçalves M.Sc. and graduated in Production Engineering from the Federal University (UFF) and has worked for Petrobras for 7 years. Her current position is KM manager for the Supply area where she coordinates the implementation of KM processes. Ariane specializes in KM research and management models. She is a member of a committee of brazilian companies, dedicated to discuss KM and innovation.
