Joining San Francisco-based Virgin America in 2006 as part of the airline's startup team, Benjamin has since been instrumental in the creation of the key elements of the company's unique and award-winning culture, including its Red Carpet employee orientation program, annual company-wide Refresh events, and the design and development of a new employee portal, VXConnect, utilizing collaborative, mobile-optimized technologies to keep the company's team connected and productive.
With a background in theatrical performance, social media and visual arts, Benjamin works to create an internal experience that engages the teammates of Virgin America by mirroring the company's external brand attributes of fun, innovation and convention-challenging.
