Carol Carter joined MetLife in November 1998 and began as a Business Consultant, leading the integration of a new Workflow-Imaging initiative for the Small Business Center group insurance organization. Carol managed a team of associates in charge of production support of Small Market owned and shared applications from 2003-2007. In December 2007, she moved into the Benefit Services Organization’s (BSO) Knowledge Management (KM) team, taking ownership of the Document Management System (DMS) for the Small Market segment and Annuities & Investment area. Using her prior management and technology experience, her primary responsibilities are consulting and project management; plus general user support, training, development of subject matter experts, and system upgrades. She is also currently maintaining Group Benefit Service web pages that help share cross-unit knowledge and find information faster.
