Charlotte Herring retired from the US Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving 21 years as an attorney with the Judge Advocate General's Corp (JAGC.) Her last assignment in the US Army was the Chief, Information Technology Division where she implemented the JAGC's Knowledge Management program. Her team was awarded the 2010 Army Knowledge Management Award for Military Justice Online. Upon retirement, Ms. Herring served as the Director, Knowledge and Research Services at WilmerHale, an AmLaw 20 global law firm. Currently, she is serving as the Lead, Knowledge Strategy and Delivery at the Defense Health Agency.
