Gerry Swift

APQC


Gerry Swift is currently a Customer Solution Specialist for APQC.  In this role, Gerry communicates to industry leaders the concepts of process improvement, quality, benchmarking, and knowledge managementAt APQC, Gerry has been involved in various projects and engagements, including managing the knowledge management consortium benchmarking study on "The Role of Evolving Technologies: Accelerating Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer." Prior to joining APQC, Gerry was in charge of Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Houston Better Business Bureau and wrote a weekly column in The Houston Chronicle on homeowner issues.  Additionally, Gerry has practiced as an attorney primarily in the areas of general civil law, business litigation, bankruptcy and probate.  He received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law.  Gerry passed the Texas Bar Examination in May 1995.
