Over the last several years, Ms. Malallah has been working within the non-profit sector in managerial, consulting and advisory capacity. She’s had work assignments based within the United States as well as in global/international locations. She is currently serving as the Knowledge and Learning Advisor at Oxfam America. Ms. Malallah’s assignments included work in the areas of communications, strategic planning, impact assessment as well as collaboration and capacity building. She started her career in the area of training design and delivery in Amman, Jordan. Additionally, Ms. Malallah has been an adjunct faculty at the SIT Graduate Institute as well as Marylhurst University, and she teaches in the areas of human resources, organizational behavior, organizational theory, intercultural communication, sustainability and social change. Ms. Malallah’s educational background includes a BA in Psychology, a BS in Communication Studies and an MS in Development Management. She was the recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship, EMDAP Fellowship and the King Hussein Peace Scholarship.
