Starting in 2005, Jacob McNulty was an early practitioner in a new field since dubbed Social Business. He founded one of the first firms to introduce social technologies to large enterprise customers and that company went on to receive numerous accolades for their progressive approach.
Currently, Jacob leads the Social Business Management practice within Peppers & Rogers Group and provides service to global clients in the areas of:

Jacob received his Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been recognized for thought leadership in implementing and optimizing social business software in ways to improve knowledge management, collaboration and business process. He has been featured as a contributor or speaker with Inc. Magazine, Surviving the Boomer Exodus, Leading Edge Consortium, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2010, Jacob was voted as the #1 Predictor of Adoption Trends in Social Business Management by the Social Business Council.
