Mr. Bradley is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Knowledge Officer (DCKO) for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). As a senior Department of the Army civilian, Mr. Bradley has overseen the establishment of the TRADOC Knowledge Office with a broad range of ACOM knowledge management (KM) responsibilities. These responsibilities have included serving as the TRADOC Interim CKO, coordinating the Knowledge and Information Management in the Generating Force Study, establishment of the TRADOC KM Brain Trust Working Group, the TRADOC KM Strategic Plan and serving as the HQ TRADOC Warfighter Forum principal. Mr. Bradley is the winner of the 2009 Army Knowledge Management Award in the People Category for his leadership while serving as the TRADOC Interim CKO.
Mr. Bradley’s day to day responsibilities include leading TRADOC’s efforts in applying KM to organizational learning, formalizing informal learning, mobile learning (mLearning), social media, and application of technology for effective learning,. Mr. Bradley works to transform TRADOC into an effective learner-centric organization.
Mr. Bradley has worked in TRADOC for the past 18 years. His TRADOC assignments include Deputy Chief of Staff for Base Operations (DCSBOS), Deputy Chief of Staff for Training (DCST), U.S. Army Training Support Center (ATSC), Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC), Deputy Chief of Staff G3/5/7, Special Assistant to TRADOC Commanding General (TRADOC CG Commander’s Planning Group (CPG)), and currently with the TRADOC Deputy Commanding General (DCG/Chief of Staff)
Mr. Bradley earned a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University, Bachelor of Science in Management from Bluefield College, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from Strayer University. Additionally, he has attended numerous courses in information management from the Information Management Resources College at the National Defense University and Department of the Army leadership courses. Mr. Bradley is the recipient of a number of performance awards, to include the Army Achieve Medal for Civilian Service.
Mr. Bradley is also committed to his role as a Certified Master Fitness Trainer, USA Track and Field Certified Coach, USA Cycling Certified Coach, USA Triathlon Certified Coach, Accredited Interscholastic High School Coach (Track and Field) and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist.
