Ms. Underwood is a Portal Administrator for the Government of Bermuda's Department of E-Government. Her duties include designing and development portal websites for Government Ministries and Departments as well as developing and maintaining small business applications. Ms. Underwood has worked in web development for almost 10 years both in Bermuda and in the U.S., and is proficient in ColdFusion, ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#.NET programming. She also teaches basic web design for the St. George's Community Education Center. Ms. Underwood holds a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering and a Masters degree in IT Management.”
