Keli Holmes is currently a Program Manager within Cisco’s Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence. In this role, she has re-engineered the content and delivery of their Lean and Six Sigma Training Program and led the introduction of Cisco’s first-ever Yellow Belt Training and Certification Program. Prior to joining Cisco, Keli was the Director of Continuous Improvement at Advantage Sales and Marketing, where she had responsibility for the management and implementation of improvement initiatives across a company of over 30,000 employees. She has also led CI initiatives across several industries including Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods, PC Manufacturing and Automotive Manufacturing and provided functional support in Sales Enablement, Ecommerce, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement in companies such as Lenovo, IBM, Flextronics and General Cable. A Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Keli earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Florida A&M-Florida State College of Engineering, her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan (2003) and her MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University (2012). Keli has served on the Advisory Board of a STEM non-profit, SEM Link, since 2008. She enjoys volunteering and has served as a mentor with the Triangle YMCA's Y-Achievers (now Lightener Achievers) in Raleigh, North Carolina and as a “Big Sister” with Big Brothers and Big Sisters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Keli is originally from Charleston, South Carolina and currently resides in the "Triangle" of North Carolina.
