Louis Tong received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and a master’s degree in library and information sciences from the University of North Texas. He has worked for Halliburton for more than 10 years in various web-related capacities and is currently the taxonomy manager. Previously, he worked in library and information management areas in the medical and nonprofit sectors. His professional interests are taxonomy management, web content management and knowledge management.
