Lucy has been working in internal communication and knowledge management functions for over 12 years both in the profit as well as in the non-profit world. As the Internal Communication Manager at the UNICEF Private Fundraising & Partnerships (PFP) Division in Geneva, Switzerland, she is currently responsible for ensuring vibrant knowledge exchange and smooth information flows within the the network of National Committees for UNICEF situated in 36 industrialised countries. Introducing the concept of the Digital Workplace into the organization, promoting new ways of working and bringing about the necessary cultural change are at the centre of the work of her team. As a trained communication professional and journalist with an industrial design background and passion for photography, she likes to explore new ways of presenting information and creating playful interactions with and for users. If given a choice, her office would overlook a glacier and have direct access to a hiking trail in the Alps.
