Virginia is a creative and innovative professional with extensive experience in the Knowledge Management field. She graduated in Social Communication and is currently furthering her studies in Social Research Methodology. At Accenture, she started in the role of Social Learning Practitioner and is now a Social Learning Catalyst in charge of designing and facilitating programs, and supporting champions and community members to institutionalize community values and practices for the Talent and Organization and Sales and Customer Services practice.
