Michael Renaudin is Head of Organisational Development and Learning at the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products, Swissmedic. He is responsible for (HR) strategy development, management and leadership development, communications and knowledge management. Michael has over 15 years of experience in human resources management including roles as Human Resources Manager, Consultant and Lecturer in Organization, Management and Leadership. He studied Social Anthropology and Sociology at Bern University, followed by post-graduate studies in Human Resources and Human Resources Leadership in Basel and Zürich.
