I lead a small team with a big job: Keeping U.S. Bank's 60,000+ employees connected with the company and with one another. We publish daily news on the Intranet, we produce an annual employee magazine, and we write and moderate myriad internal blogs and online communities. I believe that employee social networking is a powerful tool that can change corporate culture, empower employees, and illuminate an organization's collective wisdom.
I've worked for U.S. Bank since 2009, and prior to that I worked for Intuit in Reno, Nev. I have a B.A. in English from Carleton College and a MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno. I live in the Minneapolis area with my husband and two children.
