She's held positions such as KM Program Owner, KM Analyst, KM Technical Manager, Knowledge Base Administrator, Forums Administrator, Social Communities Owner, and KCS Program Owner. Previous companies include Avaya and Dell Software. She is currently the Global KM/KCS Program owner and Social Media strategist for Quest.
