Nick has over eighteen years experience of: business and IT strategy development, enterprise information architecture, business process design, knowledge and information management, document and workflow systems, and infrastructure design. Nick heads up PA’s Communications, Media & Entertainment sector work on the west coast, where he has been advising wireless operators, content providers and broadcasters. Nick leads PA’s North American Knowledge Management service with experience that stretches back over ten years when he played a key role in setting up a Knowledge Management program for a global FMCG company. Nick has recently been running a knowledge management program in a major wireless operator which included document management, portal, search and collaboration technologies. He has experience in a shared service environment and IT service management as well as enabling transformational change cross-functionally in many international organizations. Nick has a Masters in Business Administration from the London Business School, an MSc in Information Technology Systems and a BSc in Physics.
