Paddy comes from a strong information and project management background which she now employs in the development and implementation of SharePoint intranet and document management solutions. Her specialisations include taxonomy and metadata development, SharePoint design and change management and training. Before joining Information Leadership in 2012 Paddy was a project manager with New Zealand's National Library New Generation Implementation Programme where she has managed the development of new online and onsite research tools, including a refresh of the National Library's website. Her work has also included leading the Records and Knowledge team at the New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development and management roles at the institute of Chartered Accountants and Parliamentary Library. Paddy has a Masters Degree in Information Management as well as a Diploma in Library and Information Studies
