Rick Cantor is the Manager of the KM Practice for Chubb Commercial and Specialty Insurance and is an experienced KM practitioner. Rick has worked at Chubb for over 25 years, including over fourteen years of focus on knowledge management, communities of practice and Intranet management. Rick’s KM-related work has been featured in a number of publications, including KM Review, Insurance Networking News, Business Insurance, and Insurance & Technology. Also, Rick has given knowledge-sharing and Intranet presentations at the 2008 IIR E3 conference, 2006 and 2007 KM/Intranet World Conferences, the 2002 ACORD Conference and the 2000 Conference Board Leadership Symposium.
