Bob Peery is a director of product Management at Moxie Software. Previously, Bob was the director of best practices consulting for Talisma Corporation, where he helped hundreds of customers successfully deploy the Knowledgebase to support a variety of imperatives that ranged from customer-facing web customer service to contact center agent support to automation. Prior to his product management and consulting roles, Bob was responsible for knowledge management at MCI Telecommunications, where he oversaw all aspects of MCI’s sales and services online contact center knowledge tools. In recent years, Bob has focused on bridging traditional knowledge management and user-generated content to form social knowledge management, enabling enterprises to leverage the power of social while delivering right answers.
