Rujul Pathak has extensive experience in Knowledge Management- tools and processes, driving adoption within the enterprise for Intellectual capital tools, and running successful programs in Knowledge Management. She spent the last several years partnering with her ex-team members to build out the Services Intellectual Capital Management team ground up.
Most recently, Rujul Pathak was IT manager at Cisco responsible for managing the deployment of their new Social Collaboration and Intranet platform for employees, partners, and customers. Being an integral part of this digital transformation provided an enormous opportunity to shape the next phase of Collaboration platforms within a large technology company like Cisco.
Rujul possesses a global perspective due to her deep experience working in Asia. While spending a summer as an intern in a Robotics company in the Silicon Valley, she got to experience the power of technology and the fun of working in a tech company.
Rujul holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Bachelor’s degree in Statistics.
In her free time Rujul enjoys spending time with her family- her husband and two kids. She is an avid classical dancer and vocalist. She is a freelance writer for several local publications and has interviewed many well-known personalities like Bill Clinton and Sir Ben Kingsley. Rujul loves outdoor activities and enjoying the gorgeous San Francisco bay area weather as much as she can!
