Stephanie has over 20 years successful, progressive experience in knowledge management and accounting in the High Technology, Health Care, and Public Accounting sectors, with abilities in Strategy Execution, and Change Management, as well as Project Management, Implementation, and Team Development.

Stephanie has developed and executed a knowledge management vision and strategy as well as obtained management and organizational support for the initiative. The technology platform for this initiative had an independently evaluated ROI in excess of 160%.

Stephanie is currently a knowledge management consultant, focusing on aligning technology, people, and process. She works with clients in Financial, and Professional Services, as well as in the Environmental and High Technology Industries, among others.

Stephanie possesses strong organizational, team leadership, client relations, needs analysis, and communication skills. She graduated from Brock University with a BBA in Accounting and McMaster University with an MBA in Information Technology and is ITIL Masters Certified as well as having a Business Systems Analysis Certificate.

Information Tonday, Inc. will publish Stephanie's book with Nick Milton, Designing a Successful KM Strategy: A Guide for the Knowledge Management Professional in the fall of 2014 and in May 2011, Ark Group published Stephanie’s report, Aligning People, Process, and Technology in Knowledge Management.
