Susan Prahinski is a Senior Manager in CoRe Knowledge Services at Deloitte. Susan currently serves as the Advisory KM Program Leader, overseeing KM operations, people and projects for US Deloitte Advisory, Global Financial Advisory, and Global Risk Advisory. In her 20 years at Deloitte, she has served as the Chief of Staff for the Tax Knowledge Services group, led the Partner Matters KM team, and served as the Senior Knowledge Manager for Global Deloitte Forensic, Clients and Markets, Talent Services, and Tax and Financial Advisory services. She specializes in developing customized knowledge solutions for her customers, including developing KM strategic plans, SharePoint portals, mobile apps, and communities of practice, and in managing KM professionals both onshore and offshore.
