Tina M. Chindgren-Wagner, Ph.D., is a consultant and researcher specializing in strategic human resource development and organization development. She has over twenty years of experience working with the U.S. federal government on organizational learning, strategic planning, teambuilding, performance management, communication, and change management initiatives.
Dr. Chindgren's doctorate is in adult learning/ human resource development and her dissertation examined elements of knowledge sharing and innovation in the government workplace. She also holds a M.A. in organizational communication, with a concentration in organization development. In recent years, Dr. Chindgren has presented at international research conferences and published papers with the Program Management Institute, Institute of Behavioral and Applied Management, and Academy of Human Resource Development on leadership, change management, program management, and knowledge management.
