Trish Trolley is the Senior Director, Product Management at Oracle. In this role, Trish is responsible for the furture direction of the Oracle User Productivity Kit and Oracle Tutor product lines. With her vast background in enterprise implementations and her knowledge of the marketplace, Trish ensures the solutions continue to advance and meet market and customer needs. Prior to Oracle acquiring Global Knowledge Software, Trish was Vice President of Product Management for four years. Previous to GKS, Trish spent fourteen years are CDI Corporation, and engineering and technical services staffing company. While at CDI, she held a number of positions in the internal IT department designing and developing recruiting and financial systems and managing technical support. Prior to leaving CDI, she worked in field services and as a manager for the SAP implementation. Trish has spoken at many conferences over the years covering such topics as knowledge mangement, enterprise implementations, user adoption, elearning, etc.
