Yair Dembinsky is a partner in Byon-It Solutions, the leading KM consultancy in Israel. Yair, previously the Chief Knowledge Officer for Rafael Ltd, leads a large number of KM initiatives for various organizations in government, industry, and high-tech. Some of the customers are the Israeli Electrical Company, IDF, Israel National Police, Leumi Bank, SAP Labs Israel, Ness Technologies, Coca Cola, and NDS. Yair has a B.Sc in mathematics and M.Sc in computer sciences. He defines himself first and foremost as a manager, with more than 20 years experience as a manager and 11 years experience in KM. In addition to his job as a consultant, Yair lectures and teaches KM at various courses and conferences.
