Web self-service from Moxie
Moxie Software has launched a new edition of Knowledge Spaces. As a component of the Spaces by Moxie suite, Knowledge Spaces now features a widgetized, Web self-service application designed to deliver personalized online customer experiences.
Moxie highlights the following new features in Knowledge Spaces:
- a customer experience portal that offers HTML widgets for the search experience, hot topics, top FAQs and latest articles, as well as escalation to assisted service;
- improved search capabilities, including enhancements to faceting, numeric processing and term boosting; and
- simple customization and integration through a RESTful API.
