Evan Groff is the Knowledge Management Specialist for Fulton Financial Corporation. This is a key role in the operational and tactical design, implementation, and on-going support of FFC’s knowledge management strategy. My daily activities are focused on the support of the users’ experience and enhancements, with the remainder of time devoted to strategic issues. For those reasons, the Knowledge Management Specialist functions as both an IT enablement liaison as well as a consultant to the business units.
