Working with John Deere for last 9 years and have worked with Bosch prior to that for 10 years. Most of my experience is in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) however, for last 4 years I have been also working as a Process-Pro for Knowledge Management in Enterprise ME organization and based out of John Deere India office in Pune. Last two years I have worked on the project that I am going to present which is related to Skill Assessment using Share Point Survey and Reports through Tableau.
