Kim has several decades of experience in communications, marketing, project management, digital engagement, change management and knowledge management, and is Director of Internal Communications for TechnipFMC, the winner of the KMWorld 2017 Reality Award. Previously, she led the knowledge management initiative for FMC Technologies, a winner of multiple Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Awards in both the Global and Americas categories. Prior to joining FMC Technologies, Kim spearheaded the Knowledge Management Office for Aspen Technology, Inc., which earned the "The Most Valuable Intranet of 2012" from the Worldwide Intranet Challenge benchmarking survey.
A frequent speaker at knowledge management and quality conferences, Kim has led various global initiatives that enable continuous improvement and is skilled in the deployment of knowledge management, social learning and communications strategies and tools to achieve business benefit. Kim is a big proponent of the intersection between KM, quality, innovation and collaboration.
Kim serves on the steering committees for the 2024 APQC KM Conference as well as the Knowledge Leaders Council and the AI Council (both councils are part of the Learning Forum set of business councils). Most importantly, Kim is looking forward to benchmarking with and learning from you!
