Dr. Mike Prevou returned to TRADOC in January 2021 from the corporate sector where he specialized in business optimization using knowledge and learning solutions. Dr. Prevou has been involved in Army KM in a variety of positions since its inception. A U.S. Army combat veteran with over 26 years of service, Dr. Prevou co-founded the Army’s lead agency for Knowledge Management and developed a team building approach central to the Army’s new Mission Command doctrine. His experience includes working with over 40 organizations (government, DOD and corporate) to assess organizational knowledge and learning gaps, then design, develop and implement a wide variety of strategies and approaches. He is a regular speaker at conferences and has co-authored three KM books and dozens of articles on teams, learning and collaboration and loves to travel, paddle his canoe and hike.
