Evgeny has started his Knowledge Management path in 2006 with a Bachelor's thesis covering competence management, following up with 2008 Master's thesis based on a project of catalogisation tool (SCORM/LOM based) for a network of 12 universities.

His industrial experience covers companies from infromation technologies, professional services (executive search), global FMCG and consultancy companies. Since 2016 Evgeny has been building KM capability for 3rd biggest Oil & Gas company in Russia - Gazprom Neft (MCX: SIBN), both methodologically and in regards to supporting IT solutions.
