She transitioned to Exxon Mobil from being the KM team leader for Booz Allen Hamilton, where she spent her time formulating strategies to harness the power of emergent technologies to drive collaboration, and delivering game-changing business results. Wendy has experience within public and private organizations, at all levels, in transforming cultures and redesigning organization models and business processes to deliver maximized value from social technologies in order to meet the demands of a more mobile and agile workforce.
