As the Global Communications Senior Specialist at Heifer International, Chelsey Louzeiro supports employee communication and engagement through Heifer's digital workplace, The Corral. In The Corral, Chelsey is aware of every user story and calls on that knowledge to develop content that not only drives a sense of community and benefits employees, but shines a light on who they are and how what they do matters on a global scale.

Chelsey previously served as Heifer's Resource Development Coordinator where she led the production and design of fundraising collateral and reports that stewarded more than $20 million in gifts from major donors, corporations and foundations. Chelsey has traveled to and photographed Heifer's projects in the United States, Peru and Honduras.

While studying Mass Communications at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Chelsey joined the Society of Professional Journalists and served as Features Editor and photographer for The Forum Newspaper and Focus Magazine. She was also awarded an Arkansas Press Association internship.

Chelsey is a native Arkansan who enjoys traveling, hiking and great cinema.
