Dynisha Klugh serves as Director of Learning Technologies and Curriculum Development for Nalco Champion-the Energy Services division of Ecolab. She has served in key roles on learning programs for over 20 years, including overseeing a knowledge sharing and knowledge management (KS/KM) solution with a targeted focus on organizational change management, business alignment and trusted governance processes. Her team demonstrated the power of collaboration as a learning accelerator when they used knowledge sharing technology to generate social learning in order to unite the experiences of two previously competitor organizations (Nalco and Champion Technologies) during a merger. Nalco Champion saw a 100% increase in online collaboration and subject matter expert participation within four short months and won the prestigious MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) award twice. This proved that knowledge sharing platforms can be used as a professional learning and development solution and that they give companies a competitive advantage. Dynisha's experience is backed by an IT undergraduate degree and an MBA with a concentration in Environmental Management. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Prosci Change Practitioner. She is planning for the maturity of Nalco Champion's KS/KM solution by working with Microsoft to utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning.
