Emie Timmerman is a Change Management Lead in the Knowledge & Change Strategies department in Operations & Quality at Collins Aerospace. She is also responsible for providing Change Management support, consulting and education. She leads the talent programs for the manufacturing engineering communities, and is a lead on the Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice
Emie has been at Collins for 22 years, most recently in Lean & Continuous Improvement and Change Management roles. She is passionate about understanding people and how to support them through the various aspects of change. Emie has a Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University-Global and is a Prosci ® Certified Change Manager.
