Felicity joined Aurecon (a global design & engineering company) in the global role of Director, Knowledge Management in early 2019. Felicity has worked in the business information and knowledge management area for over 25 years in both Australia and the United Kingdom. She specialises in the development of knowledge strategies and the implementation of knowledge programs including extensive use of digital platforms.

Previously, Felicity was responsible for the global knowledge management and research activities at global architecture and design firm Woods Bagot. She also led the implementation a knowledge strategy and new intranet at APA Group, an Australian engineering gas infrastructure business and before that undertook an Asia Pacific knowledge management role for Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini. More recently, Felicity was the project manager for a global business transformation project at global interior design and construction business, Unispace.
